Job description5+ years of management experience Plastics manufacturing is a plus Knowledge in continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma Associates Degree preferred or equivalent work experience Strong leadership, sharp communicator, and problem-solving skills Fluent in English & Spanish
Oversee activities of employees engaged in the production of products. Required to work a 7-day rotating shift. The Position is accountable for the quality, safety, production, and environmental housekeeping of the shift while optimizing efficiency in accordance with corporate and state regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Reporting to site manager and working with cross functional teams to for develop, implement, and measuring processes related to cost reduction, operational optimization, and quality.
- Implement best practices in order to assure plant productivity, process improvement and safety goals are met.
