As an Entry Level Sales & Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the sales process. We’re looking for a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills, a passion for service, and an ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Utilize targeted leads provided to engage with prospective customers on behalf of our clients
Facilitate and execute sales presentations, tailored to individual customer needs
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and update account information
Collaborate with fellow team members with the goal of consistently improving our results for our clients
Assist with customer concerns and work to find resolutions
Participate in continued training opportunities in order to stay up to date on our clients products and services

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is a plus

Familiarity with customer support tools is beneficial

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
