Responsibilities
- Partner with Divisional and Product Management teams to define and drive strategic direction across Business Segment channels, maximizing growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Country Leaders to gather market intelligence, navigate healthcare policy changes, and support localized execution strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and P&L, implementing corrective measures as necessary to meet financial objectives.
- Develop and present budget performance reports, including variance analysis and revised financial projections.
- Lead competitive market intelligence initiatives, analyzing competitors' products and sales strategies in coordination with divisional leadership.
- Execute long-term financial planning to optimize P&L performance over time.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to Sales Leaders and Representatives, fostering engagement and a growth-focused sales mindset.
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of territory planning to ensure execution excellence across all Business Segment channels.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and budgets while monitoring revenue, margins, and expenses, taking proactive corrective actions when needed.
- Drive market leadership across all therapeutic Business Segment areas, achieving above-market share growth.
- Collaborate with operations and support functions to optimize inventory efficiency and improve cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) ratios.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align strategic direction and oversee the execution of the 3-Year Strategic Plan and AOP.
