Location : Virtual (Overseas)

Salary : $1600 / month + Bonus Structure

About Us : Sussman Law Firm, a growing legal practice specializing in family law, immigration, and contested divorce cases, is expanding its team and seeking talented non-attorney salespeople and intake specialists. We’re looking for motivated, skilled professionals who thrive in a consultative sales environment and are eager to help prospective clients with their legal needs.

Position Overview : As a non-attorney salesperson / intake specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, helping to convert leads into clients while providing exceptional service. This is a fully remote, virtual position, ideal for candidates with proven sales experience, particularly in selling high-ticket items. If you have a consultative, non-pushy sales approach and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, rewarding environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls and messages
  • Identify client needs and guide them through the legal process with empathy and professionalism
  • Convert inquiries into signed clients, focusing on building long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with the sales and intake teams to ensure smooth transitions from lead to client
  • Track and report on performance metrics to meet and exceed conversion goals

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably with high-ticket items
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • A consultative, non-pushy approach to sales
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

    • Compensation :

  • Base Salary : $1600 / month
  • Bonus Structure : $25 per converted matter after the first 10 per month
  • Potential Earnings : Opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through the bonus structure

    • Training & Onboarding :

  • Initial Training : 30-day training program to ensure you are fully equipped with knowledge about our services and sales approach
  • Probation Period : 90-day probation period to assess performance and fit within the team
