Swim Instructor (Seasonal)

Description

Do you want to work for one of the Top Country Clubs in the nation? How about one of the Top Workplaces in Richmond, VA? If so, then you've found the right place! The Country Club of Virginia is seeking friendly and enthusiastic swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our summer programming.

Primary shifts vary between 9 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM Monday - Friday. Availability on occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Benefits include free employee meals while working!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following (other duties may be assigned) :

• Teach proper swimming skills and instruct proper skill development
• Provide quality private and group lessons
• Recognize abilities and fears of children
• Communicate with parents regarding children's progress and address concerns
