What you will do
- Catalyst Documentation Standardization : Focused on creating consistent, user-friendly documentation for Indeed’s Catalyst tool suite, which integrates tools like iDash, Metric Alerts, Swift, and Amplify;
- Recruit Tech Platform (RTP) User Onboarding and Documentation : Addressing the challenges of onboarding Recruit employees on;
Indeed’s tools, include creating training materials, platform notification standards, and bridging localization gaps.
Must haves
Upper-Intermediate English level.

Requirements
3+ years in content design, UX writing, or related roles; Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, AfterEffects); Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers; Experience conducting user research and usability testing; Understanding of localization and internationalization processes; Knowledge of accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive content design; Upper-Intermediate English level.
