IT Analyst (ERP / GRC)

3+ month contract

McKinney, TX (Onsite-Hybrid)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Analyst to analyze, evaluate, and document role-based Org access controls in our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, how access permissions work, and be adept at analyzing data to ensure governance, risk, and compliance. This role requires advanced Excel skills, excellent client-facing communication, and 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Document and analyze existing role-based access controls, user permissions and security.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) to analyze and interpret data.
  • Collaborate with business users, IT and system administration team to understand access provisioning and governance processes.
  • Prepare reports and documentation on access control findings and compliance status.
  • Act as a liaison between the business users and IT Enterprise Applications team, ensuring clear communication.

Required Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years of experience in system administration, IT audit or compliance.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions for data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, user access, and policies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with access management tools and identity governance solutions.
  • Experience with SOX compliance and IT controls.
  • Knowledge of IT audit processes and regulatory requirements.

    • Estimated Min Rate : $30.00

    Estimated Max Rate : $35.00
