We're hiring for a per-diem MRI technologist to join our Seattle Radiology group.

Compensation :
The salary range is $42.01 / hour to $65.64 / hour, plus 15% per-diem. . The salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.

Hours : Weekdays / Day Shift. This position is in an outpatient setting, no weekend shifts.

Position Summary :
Utilizes an MRI scanner and power injector. Starts IVs and administers various contrast agents
Appropriately protocol all orders in advance
Properly screen orders prior to scan for any precautions or contraindications including, but not limited to implanted devices
Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner
Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health, and safety standards
Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training / expertise and requires assistance
Qualifications and Requirements :
Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program or other compatible course of study
Washington State Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic license required (Washington State X-ray license, ARRT)
Advanced registry in MRI required
Current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS / CPR
1 year experience as a successful MRI tech preferred
Demonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in all work-related interactions
