Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to manage work tickets for general building maintenance tasks, including heating, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and light carpentry. The role involves performing regular safety checks such as testing eyewash stations. While most preventive maintenance work is handled by vendors, you may need to serve as the point of contact for vendors onsite.

Responsibilities

• Manage work tickets for general building maintenance, including heating, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and light carpentry tasks.
• Perform regular safety checks, including testing eyewash stations.
• Serve as the point of contact for vendors handling preventive maintenance work.
• Address mechanical issues more frequently than electrical ones.
• Patch walls, hang shelves, resolve plumbing issues, and perform painting and light fixture maintenance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00 / hr.
