JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize and coordinate the sales and follow up process to maximize results
  • Oversee operations of the New Account process for maximum efficiency throughout divisions within the company
  • Represent the company at various community and / or business meetings to promote the company
  • Support New Business Team in the prospecting of potential CTIC clients
  • Coordinate and administer frequent marketing and client appreciation events
  • Assists in developing presentation materials used for client / prospect meetings
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas on enhancing sales during changing market environments
  • Implement and oversee a Client Relationship Manager Software System (CRM) to assist the New Business Team
  • Assist New Business Team in the servicing of existing CTIC clients
  • Assist New Business Team in building strong relationships with CTB to generate qualified referrals of Wealth Management prospects
  • Coordinate existing brokerage relationships and the handoff or referral of new brokerage prospects to our CTFS consultants
  • Plan and coordinate communications with prospects and clients when needed
  • Assist in the composition of Request for Proposal (RFP) for the review and approval by New Business Team
  • Along with the Corporate Training Department, conduct training on "How to Prospect for Potential Wealth Management Referrals"
  • Run reports to analyze new business and referrals generated by the New Business Team
  • Run Investment Programs for reviews with existing clients
  • Perform special projects as requested by New Business Team
  • Ensure all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES / EXPERIENCE

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience required with an emphasis on a Business related field preferred
  • Possess advanced computer skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word as well as Adobe Acrobat
  • Customer service experience highly preferred
  • Experience in Financial related field preferred
  • WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Normal office conditions
  • Travel required
