Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct sensory evaluations to assess various attributes of food products for product development and quality management.
  • Organize and manage sensory panels, ensuring consistent data collection and analysis.
  • Interpret sensory data and provide actionable insights to guide product strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, to align sensory data with product development objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new sensory analysis techniques to enhance processes.
  • Report sensory findings to relevant teams, assisting in data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage R&D budgets and expenses to ensure financial adherence.
  • Participate in new product development initiatives within the assigned scope.
  • Assist with streamlining administrative processes for improved operational efficiency.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sensory evaluation in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector.
  • Experience in food product development is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Bilingual skills in Korean are a plus.
