Job Details
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct sensory evaluations to assess various attributes of food products for product development and quality management.Organize and manage sensory panels, ensuring consistent data collection and analysis.Interpret sensory data and provide actionable insights to guide product strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, to align sensory data with product development objectives.Stay updated on industry trends and new sensory analysis techniques to enhance processes.Report sensory findings to relevant teams, assisting in data-driven decision-making.Manage R&D budgets and expenses to ensure financial adherence.Participate in new product development initiatives within the assigned scope.Assist with streamlining administrative processes for improved operational efficiency.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.3+ years of experience in sensory evaluation in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector.Experience in food product development is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.Bilingual skills in Korean are a plus.Interested in hearing more?
