The Site Manager will provide strong leadership and direction toward the achievement of Zero Harm. Accountable to plan, lead and manage efficient manufacturing at their Texas manufacturing site. Lead efforts to deliver results on Plant and Corporate goals and objectives as well as foster Corporate Values. Ensure business is operated within compliance of all local, state and federal laws and regulations.

As the Plant Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Achieve company goals while managing day-to-day operations, maintenance, engineering, fiscal, and safety at site
• Provide technical support to continuously improve and optimize processes and products
• Identify, develop, and design operating and control strategies
• be a part of project scope and execution strategy
• Provide support for plant process, safety, and environmental activities
• Oversee PSM, PHA, MOC, and emergency relief design
• Perform all other duties as assigned while managing effectively with shifting priorities

Salary Range : $185,000 - $200,000 + 30% bonus
