Job description

Position : Business Development Manager

Location : Baltimore MD

Employment Type : FullTime

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and manage sales pipelines through cold calling account management and closing deals.

Track and manage all sales contacts meetings opportunities proposals and orders in a CRM system (Salesforce).

Sell equipment rental and services to Datacenter clients providing customized solutions.

Create and execute an annual territory sales plan to drive revenue growth.

Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Maintain a strong understanding of power generators diesel engines electrical distribution equipment HVAC systems and oilfree air compressors.

What Youll Bring :

710 years of B2B sales experience preferably in industrial equipment or energy solutions.

Advanced knowledge of the Baltimore market and Data Center industry.

Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).

Proven experience in territory management business development and client acquisition.

Ability to collaborate crossfunctionally with operations fleet and logistics teams.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in sales business or a related field.
