Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Fort Myers, Florida

A facility in Fort Myers, FL is looking for a Advanced Heart Failure provider. provider to assist with coverage 1 week per month starting ASAP. Providers should be Board Certified and licensed in FL to apply.

The facility is located in Fort Myers, FL.

The provider will round on inpatient acute heart failure (AHF) patients and provide ambulatory care for heart failure patients, seeing 15 patients per day (8-12 inpatient, 2-4 outpatient). The inpatient team includes an intermittent APP, while the office is supported by a customer service representative, MA, and RN. This is an onsite, no-call position with a MondayFriday schedule (8 AM5 PM). The team is seeking providers available to assist weekly or once a month, with an ASAP start.
