Title : Marketing Coordinator

Location : Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Duration : Direct Hire

Pay : $60k-$70k mannual salary + discretionary year end bonus

Summary :

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our business development and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience and a background in marketing or a related field such as architecture, engineering, interior design, or graphic design.

Responsibilities :

Interview staff and develop their resumes to support proposal preparation and business development efforts.
Assist in the creation and production of marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality materials that effectively represent the company.
Identify and generate leads for building envelope restoration projects.
Collaborate with the Content Development Manager to create and upload case studies and other content to the company website.

Qualifications :

3 years of experience in a marketing-related role.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (architecture, engineering, interior design, graphic design, etc.).

Strong writing and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
