Job Title : Business Systems Analyst

Experience and Qualification :

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• 5 years of business analysis experience.
• Must have Mortgage Originations experience as a BA in IT projects and supporting development and testing teams using Agile SDLC.
• Ability to work from DallasFort Worth metroplex TX based client office
• Proficiency in defining business problems and proposing solutions.
• Product Process and Industry Knowledge.
• Experience on Microsoft VSTS or Jira tools
• Expert skills in Microsoft Excel including the ability to utilize the following functions : VLookup HLookup Concatenating formulas Conditional formatting and Pivot Tables
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or related field a plus
• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proactive and solutions oriented business professional with the ability to interface with all levels of management across business units and functions.
• Must have document management and modeling skills
