The Impact

State Tax Compliance
- Responsible for the preparation, review, and processing of the annual state income tax filings and associated compliance in coordination with our outsourcing partners
- Primary role on state and local tax audits and notices from state related to state income tax
- Ensure accuracy of and compliance with tax calendar and internal controls
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state tax developments
- Provide information and support to business areas
- Advise on non-routine transactions impacting state filings, including acquisitions and dispositions
- Prepare, review and approve journal entries
- Prepare, review and approve General Ledger Reconciliations
- Assist with state legislative and regulatory initiatives
- Guaranty Fund compliance
- Develop a strong working relationship with internal and external clients, including vendor relationships
The Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field3+ years of Corporate Income Tax and / or Accounting experience3+ years State and Local Income Tax experienceThe Ideal Qualifications

Salary Range :
86,200.00-$113,100.00
