Our Inventory Specialist primary responsibilities will be utilizing JIT, and Business Central to manage inventory, maintain product data, rectify variances, review and analyze, respond to and correct variances as well as report finding to management and make recommendations for improvement as necessary.
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts
- Review and apply inventory adjustments
- Maintain and update inventory transaction records
I.E. Receipts, production, pack outs, returns and credits.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies and report root causesOperate a powered / manual or electric pallet jack to move product around within the warehouse.Ability to operate a standup forklift preferred to assist with cycle countsOther duties as assigned. High School Diploma / GED2+ years' experience in Inventory ControlProficient in Microsoft Office, but advanced ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExemplary mathematical and analytical skillsRecent experience operating a pallet jack and stand up forkliftAble to work irregular, extended hours, including weekends and nights as neededBilingual (Spanish / English a plus)Prefer candidates with exposure to WMS / ERP rolloutsExperience in Business Central is preferredWorking conditions
Capable of working in a cold environment; approximately 34-38 degrees.Physical requirements
