We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Electrical Service Technician to join our team. As a Remote Electrical Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for electrical systems and equipment remotely, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct remote diagnostic assessments and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding electrical issues and guide them through solutions.
- Collaborate with onsite technicians and engineers to address complex electrical problems remotely.
- Document all troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
- Recommend and implement system improvements and upgrades based on remote assessments.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and technology advancements in electrical systems.
