Job Title : PAGA Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled PAGA Lawyer to join a prestigious, multi-practice law firm with offices across California. This is a remote position with occasional in-office requirements. The ideal PAGA Lawyer will have extensive experience handling complex employment litigation under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and a strong background in employment law.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a PAGA Lawyer , specializing in PAGA claims
• Jury trial experience is preferred
• Must be licensed to practice law in California
• Must reside in California and be open to occasional office visits
• Strong expertise in employment law, particularly in PAGA matters
