Job Description

NETTTS provides quality training and fosters student success. We are committed to compliance, staff growth, and community engagement. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can consistently demonstrate these values.

Do you want to make a positive impact on people's lives? Join our team as an Inside Admissions Representative and be the first point of contact for prospective students. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to inspire and guide individuals, showing them how our training program can unlock exciting job opportunities and transform their futures. If you’re enthusiastic about helping others achieve their goals and thrive in a supportive, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

You will adhere to the NETTTS admission process and compliance regulations, assist prospective students, and manage appointments. You will meet individual performance goals to support campus-wide objectives, stay organized during the interview process, and show genuine interest in students’ motivations to achieve their CDL license. Collaboration with other department members is essential for admissions and enrollment.

You will call student leads from various sources, follow a prepared script with some flexibility, provide information within your scope, and pre-qualify potential students. Scheduling appointments for Outside Admissions Representatives based on the student’s location, maintaining records of calls and referrals, and meeting daily goals for providing information are key responsibilities.

There is no cold calling involved. All prospective students have expressed interest in becoming a CDL driver and would like to learn more about the programs offered at NETTTS.

Qualifications and Key Competencies :

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work a steady weekday schedule with some flexibility
  • Availability for some evenings and Saturdays
  • Natural motivator with an interest in helping prospective students
  • Excellent judgment, guided by the Director of Admissions or Campus Director, with flexibility for decision-making within set parameters
  • Ability to handle complex information, including making phone calls and managing paperwork
  • Attention to detail to minimize errors in judgment, phone etiquette, and candidate screening
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including excellent communication, tact, persuasiveness, and a politely assertive phone manner
