What You'll Do : Preflight and prepare artwork for printing, ensuring proper layout, color separations, and file setup. Set up and manage variable data printing templates with placeholders for text, images, and barcodes. Optimize print files for inkjet, digital, and offset printing while ensuring postal compliance for mailing panels. Conduct quality control checks, proofing projects for accuracy before submission to production teams. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure projects meet specifications and are completed on time. Assist in the design and maintenance of internal documents and templates to streamline workflow.

What You Bring to the Table : 3+ years of prepress and print production experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Enfocus PitStop)Experience with variable data printing (VDP) setup and mailing regulationsstrong understanding of color management, pagination, and imposition techniquesAbility to troubleshoot and correct print files for seamless productionExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environmentTeam player mindset with a passion for high-quality print production

salary : $30 - $35 per hour

work hours : 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Preflight and prepare artwork for printing , ensuring proper layout, color separations, and file setup.

Set up and manage variable data printing templates with placeholders for text, images, and barcodes.

Optimize print files for inkjet, digital, and offset printing while ensuring postal compliance for mailing panels.

Conduct quality control checks , proofing projects for accuracy before submission to production teams.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure projects meet specifications and are completed on time.

Assist in the design and maintenance of internal documents and templates to streamline workflow.

The essential functions of this role include :

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
