A company is looking for a Network Recovery Senior Associate to respond to network outages and restore service for customers.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to critical customer cases and engage directly with customers to recover service impacting conditionsTroubleshoot and resolve network outages using expertise in optical network and routing / switching productsDocument actions taken and participate in on-call weekend shifts on a rotational basisRequired QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role or equivalent experience with maintaining relevant equipmentIn-depth knowledge of optical network and routing / switching productsAbility to work independently and collaboratively on complex outagesAvailability for regular shifts during business hours and willingness to participate in on-call weekend shiftsPreferred : Certifications or qualifications related to relevant products
