About the Customer Success Manager position

We are seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to work with customers to coordinate service, support, renewals, and expansion efforts. This position as a CSM is part account management or customer service, part sales, and part operations.

Senior Customer Success Manager responsibilities include :

  • Manage a large book of accounts including SMB and Mid Market customers
  • Facilitating customer account renewals to maximize retention
  • Communicating effectively with customers regularly and fostering strong relationships with clients
  • Improve customer engagement and outcomes by providing consultative and strategic advisory services
  • Expand customer accounts by introducing other company products and services
  • Create customer champions and advocates

Senior Customer Success Manager qualifications include :

  • 2+ years of experience as a B2B Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
  • Proficiency with CRM software and account management systems
  • Great organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Advanced problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Upbeat, positive, and friendly personality that energizes those around you
  • BS / BA in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
