Skilled in multi-tasking and time management

Previous Veterinary Hospital experience (required)

Bilingual (Spanish and English) would be helpful

What we’ll offer in return :

35-40 hours per week

4 day work week (Monday-Thursday)

No weekends!

Duties are as follows but not limited to :

Intake / Discharge of surgical patients

Ability to acquire accurate vitals

Blood draws

Catheter Placement

Drawing, logging and administration of controlled drugs

Intubation

Anesthesia monitoring

Medical record keeping

Post Op care

Cleaning and sterilization of surgical instruments

Be able to lift up 50lbs

Can stand on your feet for long stretches of time

The North Valley hospital has 2 Doctors working in close proximity with 9 nurses. We are a fast-paced facility performing 15-20 surgeries per day including but not limited to S / N's, dentals, mass removals, cystotomy, amputations, cherry eye, etc. You will need to be able to move quickly and stay focused.
