We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Svelte, modern web development technologies, and experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs. If you are passionate about creating high-quality, responsive user interfaces and collaborating with back-end teams, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using Svelte (3+ years of experience desired).
  • Implement modern web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to build dynamic and interactive front-end applications.
  • Collaborate with UI / UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into accessible, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs, specifically working with Django REST Framework (DRF) for seamless back-end communication.
  • Ensure high-quality code with best practices, optimizing performance and scalability.
  • Utilize Docker for containerization and application deployment workflows.
  • Use Git for version control, ensuring efficient team collaboration and code management.

    • Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience implementing Common Access Card (CAC) or Smart Card Authentication for Django-based or web applications.
  • Familiarity with setting up Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) systems for enhanced security and user management.

    • Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience leveraging core front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to structure web content, styling and layout structure and design, and creating interactive and dynamic web elements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in front-end development with Svelte (minimum of 3 years).
  • Strong understanding of modern web technologies and responsive design principles.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with back-end systems.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies, specifically Docker.
  • Proficient in version control systems, especially Git.

    110K+ to align with experience
