A company is looking for a Supply Chain Reporting Analyst who will also serve as a Flex Customer Service Representative.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze data and generate reports on key performance indicators to support supply chain decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and reporting requirementsServe as a point of contact for customer service, addressing inquiries and managing chargebacksRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experiencePrevious experience in a customer service role is preferredProficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI is preferredFamiliarity with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferredAbility to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced remote environment
