Prior or current schooling a plus! Must have prior experience as a lube tech and can perform duties and jobs as assigned for a typical entry level lube tech / tire tech. For example : Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, Tire Mount & Balance, Air Filter Replacement, Cabin Air Filter Replacement.

Receive repair orders from dispatchers and take to stall areaPerform routine maintenance assigned with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealershipPerform complete MPI and 27 point used car inspection with photos and videos to assist advisors in upsellsDiagnose cause of any entry level malfunctions and perform repair as authorized (subject to experience)Communicate with Parts Department to obtain needed parts via xTimeTag & save parts, turn in parts, if the job is under warranty or if requested by the customerAdvise Service Advisor immediately if any additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed or if repairs cannot be complete within promised timeDocument & quality check work performedRoad-test vehicles to ensure repair has addressed customer complaintKeep abreast of factory technical bulletinsEnsure that work area and customers' vehicle are kept cleanAdminister safety & housekeeping policies / proceduresUnderstand / follow federal / state / local regulation, governing service repair workQualifications
