We are seeking a Family Law Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities :
- Open and Close Files for the Attorney
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents (including Discovery)
- Help file legal documents in our Texas E-Filing System
- Help draft legal documents utilizing TxDocs
- Handle Time Keeping and Client Billing
- Record and store client information
- Scan paper files into the Firm's electronic files
