A company is looking for an HR Specialist to manage talent acquisition and human resources activities.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with hiring managers to plan recruitment needs and provide selection process adviceMonitor recruitment processes and ensure adherence to policies and proceduresAnalyze recruitment trends and produce reports on key performance indicatorsRequired QualificationsMaster's degree or Bachelor's degree with additional experience in human resources management or related fieldsRelevant work experience in Human Resources : 10 years (Level A), 5 years (Level B), 1 year (Level C) with a Master's; or 12 years (Level A), 7 years (Level B), 3 years (Level C) with a Bachelor'sProficient working knowledge of EnglishExperience in human resources planning, talent acquisition, and managementKnowledge of automated human resources management systems and experience in HR partnerships
