Join Our Team as a Technical Support Engineer!

Are you passionate about technology and providing exceptional service? We are looking for a motivated individual to deliver top-notch support for both Windows and MAC systems. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' computing environments run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver local service support for a range of technologies including Windows and MAC laptops, desktops, and PCs.
  • Provide onsite service for routine maintenance on customer computer equipment, including installations of hardware and software, testing, relocations, and upgrades.
  • Conduct maintenance including response, diagnosis, repair, and restoration of physical devices at customer locations.
  • Support customers with onsite printer maintenance, which involves consumables replacement and troubleshooting print issues.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to resolve incidents efficiently according to service level agreements.
  • Ensure incidents are thoroughly checked before closing :
  • Obtain user confirmation of restored services.
  • Conduct user satisfaction surveys.
  • Verify correct incident categorization for Problem Management.
  • Ensure sufficient resolution details are documented for Problem Management.
  • Assess any necessary changes to the Configuration Management System.
  • Contribute to updating the Knowledge base.

Language Requirement

Proficiency in English is required.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience (2-3 years) with End User Workstations including Laptops, Desktops, and Printers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex hardware and software issues.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
  • BSc in Computer Science or a relevant field.
