RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs, ensuring our organization demonstrates excellent responsiveness.
  • Maintain a strong sense of urgency through effective organization, follow-up, and execution.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growth.
  • Oversee product line reviews, manage existing product offerings, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Partner closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Sourcing, Customer Service, Accounting, and Logistics to drive success.
  • Continuously assess sales performance to ensure alignment with established goals and targets.
  • Organize and participate in regular store visits to support team development and ensure sales strategies are effectively implemented.
  • Analyze sales performance data and create detailed margin analyses for both new and existing business opportunities.

Salary Range : $120K per year

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing National Accounts with a proven record of driving business growth, or substantial experience in a regional sales role with in-depth sales training.
  • College degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Solid financial acumen and understanding of budget management.
  • General knowledge of fashion and design, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic, systematic approach to decision-making.
  • Creative, innovative thinkers with the foresight to act strategically.
  • Willingness to travel globally, with required monthly travel to customers and factories.
