This position supervises engineering staff, coordinates technical support for customer service and operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and liaises with government agencies. The role requires expertise in civil and environmental engineering, project management, and technical problem-solving. Candidates must have a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (or obtain one within six months in Florida), a bachelors degree in engineering, and at least five years of experience in solid waste management or related engineering fields, including three years in a supervisory role. A masters degree and experience in groundwater monitoring, wastewater facilities, or environmental engineering are preferred.
