Join Our Team as an Assistant Manager at Monroe Market!

Location : Spokane International Airport

Pay : $21 / hour

Shifts : Varied shifts, including early mornings (starting at 3am) and late nights (until 12am)

What You'll Do :

  • Oversee store operations : Lead, mentor, and supervise team members.
  • Ensure high standards : Maintain inventory, merchandising, and cleanliness.
  • Financials : Manage daily sales, scheduling, and payroll.
  • Team Development : Train and onboard staff to deliver top-tier service.

Requirements :

  • Education : High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant coursework preferred.
  • Experience : 2+ years in retail management.
  • Skills : Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, strong organizational abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication skills, conflict resolution, and ability to work with diverse teams and executives.
