Job description

Are you a well-organized, dependable and detail-oriented professional looking to support a dynamic leadership team? We’re seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to oversee daily office operations, coordinate meetings and events, and assist brokerage leadership.

Compensation :

50,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Manage office operations, ensuring a smooth and professional work environment.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
  • Plan and execute office events, team meetings, and special projects.
  • Assist brokerage leadership with administrative tasks, travel arrangements, calendar and correspondence.
  • Update daily sales performance reports and summaries, data entry and reviewing documents as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and common area organization, handle vendor relations, and oversee facilities management.
  • Support all brokerage departments with administrative duties as needed.
  • Manage front desk and oversee responsibilities to ensure excellent service to clients, agents and staff.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in an executive assistant, office manager, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
