Job Overview :

We are looking for a proficient and safety-conscious Loader Operator to operate heavy machinery in the execution of construction projects. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the safe and efficient movement of materials on job sites. Key Responsibilities :

Operate heavy equipment, including wheel loaders, skid steer, including labor work.
Safely load, unload, and transport materials to various parts of the job site, including dirt, gravel, sand, and construction debris.
Perform daily pre-operational inspections and maintain equipment in good working conditions.
Assist with site preparation, shoveling, and other construction tasks as required.
Follow safety procedures, guidelines, and project plans to ensure safe and effective operation of machinery.
Work closely with project managers, foremen, and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain an organized and clean work environment to prevent accidents and maintain efficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Must have reliable transportation.

Be at least 18 years of age.

Previous experience operating heavy equipment preferred.

Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
