Job Location : Nashville, TN

Compensation : $60,000-$65,000k DOE

  • 5+ years experience in restaurant management
  • Experience in fast casual restaurant chains (preferred)
  • Managed and developed 25+ team members per shift
  • Experience in managing P&L and COGS, executing within a budget, decision making, process improvement (lean, six sigma, EOS), labor management / scheduling, training & team development, and food quality assurance
  • Experience in ensuring safe food handling at a large scale
  • Managers Food Safety Certification required (ServSafe Managers Certification)
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks such as food, beverage + labor cost while maintaining required standards of operation in daily restaurant activities
  • Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff

  • You'll be accountable for executing day to day in a way that aligns with our core values and within the budget for your store with particular emphasis on food + labor + supplies.
