Position Overview :

Crossroads Care Center of Pewaukee is currently looking to add dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) professionals to our team who possess a compassionate attitude, with a dependable and strong work ethic. Working under the direct supervision of the DON, our highly dedicated RN's provide direct care to residents in our 120-bed skilled nursing facility. As a Crossroads Care Center RN, you will be joing a vital role in our residents' lives by ensuring the highest quality of care is received ensuring the best possible healing and health is achieved.

Shift Times : AM 0600-1430

PM 1400-2230 +$3.00 / HR shift differential

NOC 2200-0630 +$3.00 / HR shift differential

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Must have a current RN license valid in the state of Wisconsin

Demonstrate Cooperative team approach throughout the company and their work

Demonstrate excellent communication skills

Job Description : About Us :

Coordinate and delegate care of the residents

Assures quality of care adheres to best practices

Routine checks of residents

Convey accurate and adequate assessment information to appropriate licensed personnel

Perform medical treatments and evaluate their effectiveness

Administer and record all medications as ordered by a physician

Take and record vital signs

Follow all up to date standards of hygiene, safety, and infection control

Monitor residents who self-administer medication and report deviation from the plan of care to the appropriate licensed staff

Remove discontinued, outdated, or deteriorated medication from inventory

Recognize and report unsafe condition for medication provision

Recognize and report general reaction to medications

Responsible for the support, development and supervision of the Certified Nursing Assistants and Medication Administration assistant personnel

Follow all department safety rules

Working under the direct supervision of the DON, our highly dedicated LPN's provide direct care to residents in our 120-bed skilled nursing facility. As a Crossroads Care Center LPN, you will be joining a vital role in our residents' lives by ensuring the highest quality of care is received ensuring the best possible healing, and health in achieved.
