Job description

Job Title : Appian Architect / Developer

Employment Type : Full-time

Location : Louisville, KY

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Appian Architect to design and deliver enterprise-level business process solutions using the Appian platform. You will lead the implementation lifecycle, mentor teams, and ensure best practices to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and design end-to-end Appian solutions focusing on workflow automation.
  • Lead Appian development, testing, deployment, and optimization.
  • Conduct code reviews and develop standards and best practices for Appian CoE.
  • Mentor teams and automate support activities, including plugin development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Appian applications with existing systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience : 10+ years in IT, 7+ years in Appian development / architecture.
  • Certifications : Appian Senior Developer (mandatory), Appian Lead Developer (preferred).
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Process Models, SAIL Interfaces, Web APIs, CI / CD, RESTful web services, and integrations.
  • Soft Skills : Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred : BFSI domain knowledge and Appian server installation experience.
