With change comes opportunity, and we invite you to be part of our vision at our new Aurora, CO plant. We are looking for a Manager, Warehousing & Logistics to lead and optimize our logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, performance, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do :

  • Drive Key Metrics : Establish performance indicators aligned with Warehousing & Logistics goals.
  • Process Optimization : Implement continuous improvement strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Budget & Cost Management : Develop and oversee logistics and warehousing budgets.
  • Logistics Oversight : Monitor transportation agreements ( LTL, FTL, Express ) and ensure seamless material flow.
  • Inventory Control : Track inventory levels across distribution centers and generate financial reports.
  • Operational Leadership : Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance order flow and service metrics.
  • Training & Development : Establish training programs to uphold compliance, performance, and service excellence .
  • Strategic Collaboration : Foster relationships with key departments, including Brand Management, Operations, and Supply Chain .
  • Qualifications and requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, and distribution management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong leadership & problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive experience with production planning, modern inventory control, and logistics systems .
  • Lean manufacturing and Lean process improvement experience is required.
  • Import & export experience is preferred.
  • Must be on-site five days a week .
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
