Fusion HCR is hiring! Salesforce Developer - Contract to Hire, Hybrid in Las Vegas, NV.

Job Overview : We are seeking a mid-level Salesforce Developer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This hybrid position is based in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on creating custom workflows, modifying layouts, and integrating systems. Key Responsibilities :

  • Salesforce Development : Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to address business needs.
  • Custom Workflows & Layouts : Build and optimize workflows, layouts, and reports to improve business processes.
  • Integration : Support integration efforts using tools like MuleSoft to connect Salesforce with internal and external systems.
  • Technical Expertise : Provide best practices for Salesforce solutions, ensuring quality code and efficient performance.
  • Documentation & Training : Create comprehensive documentation for development processes and provide training for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration : Partner with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : At least 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Salesforce Certification : Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I preferred.
  • Integration Skills : Familiarity with tools like MuleSoft for system integration.
  • Technical Skills : Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Einstein AI : Experience with or knowledge of Salesforce Einstein AI is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Communication : Ability to explain technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration : Proven ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
