Description

The Team Lead, Chemistry Laboratory is responsible for performing and interpreting routine clinical laboratory tests according to established policies and procedures, organizing workflow efficiently, and ensuring the accuracy, acceptability and confidentiality of test results. The Team Lead, Laboratory assists management in the organization and direction of day-to-day operations for specific lab section. Must be ASCP MLS eligible.

Education

Bachelors Degree : Medical Technology, Biological Sciences or Chemistry (Required)

Experience

3 Years experience in clinical laboratory (Required)

2 Years experience in a laboratory technical supervisory role (Preferred)

License / Certifications

ASCP - Amer Soc Clinical Pathology (Preferred)

AMT - Amer Medical Technologists (Preferred)
