Garden Gate Healthcare Facility is seeking a motivated Dietary Supervisor to lead our dietary team and ensure residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals in a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the dietary department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise dietary staff, providing training, scheduling, and support.
- Ensure resident dietary needs and preferences are met, including special diets.
- Monitor food preparation, serving, and storage for quality and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve services and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records, inventory, and ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications :
Prior experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting but not required.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Knowledge of dietary regulations and safe food handling practices.Certification in food safety (preferred).Compassionate and team-oriented mindset.What We Offer :
