We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sr. Sales Manager - Americas to lead our team!

The estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered, as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time. Any offer extended to a candidate or salary increase consideration for a current employee will be based on the individual’s unique set of knowledge, skills, education, experience and geographic location, as well as internal equity.

  • Responsible for developing and leading the sales team to successfully deliver annual sales and gross profit targets
  • Develop and monitor accurate sales forecasts and budgets
  • Develop, implement and oversee annual sales plan to meet annual revenue targets
  • Directly manage key customer accounts, international accounts and custom accounts
  • Drive business development
  • Education / Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines; MBA a plus
  • 10+ years of OEM experience with significant experience in sales at a senior level
  • Ideal industries would be forestry and refuse
  • Truck and trailer OEM experience preferred
  • Strong leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
