Our Facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense.
Job Summary
Provide test engineering for facility.
- Manages all aspects of small projects with regular review of senior staff
- Perform analysis, diagnostics, and preliminary evaluation of products
- Develop testing procedures
- Perform test equipment and fixturing design responsibilities
- Perform maintenance resolution on testing procedures
- Create assembly instructions, Bill of Materials (BOM), and drawings
- Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members
- Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area
- Perform other assignments as required

Basic knowledge of engineering concepts, physics, and chemistry principlesKnowledge of basic manufacturing test processesTroubleshooting and problem-solving abilityProficient in technical writing, good documentation skills; attention to detail is criticalAble to read and interpret engineer drawingsPrior experience with an ISO environment is a plusDemonstrated analytical expertise including ability to plan, resolve problems effectively, and establish prioritiesUnderstanding of DOE, 6-signma, Lean Manufacturing is desiredWorking knowledge at an intermediate level of computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft ProjectAbility to communicate with customers and project company image to attract businessDemonstrated knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes; together with work measurement and standardsRequired Experience / Education / Training / Certifications :
