KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.\n\nJob Title : Lean Six Sigma Trainer / Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)\nLocation : Remote / Field based\nSalary : up to£35,000 (Depending on experience)\n\nPackage : Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage, Mobile, Laptop + much more\n\nType : Full Time, Permanent\n\nEssential Criteria : \n\nMust hold an IOSH qualification.\nIdeally have of delivering Lean 6 Sigma / Improvement Technician.\nHold industry experience within business improvement.\nExcellent IT skills and confident with online remote delivery.\nFull, clean driving licence and own vehicle.\nMust be flexible with travel.Duties : \n\nTrain, assess and deliver Improvement Practitioner Level 4 Apprenticeship Standards / Lean Six Sigma methodologies.\nProvide additional support for the delivery of Functional Skills (Maths / English / ICT) up to level 2 where required.\nCoach and support learners via remote online learning, telephone discussion and visit learners in their place of work.\nPrepare learners for the End Point Assessment process.\nManaging your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted and submitted.\nOrganise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.\nSupport, advise and motivate learners.\nOvercome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.\nMeet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.\nPlease note : \n\nKM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
