Customer Service Representative

We are searching for a friendly and polite call center / customer care representative that enjoys handling a high volume of calls and helping customer by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our client's products and services.

This is a full time temp to hire position.

Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday - 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $17 / hr.

Location : Fort Myers, FL

Experience : 6+ months Call Center Experience

Job Requirements :

• Must have the ability to provide excellent Customer Service
• Must be a highly motivated professional, good at multitasking, detail oriented, polite, reliable, knowledgeable, empathetic and adaptable
• Possess strong follow up skills
• Experience answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with products and services
• Ability to work in team environment
• Experience handling a high volume of inbound and / or outbound calls in a call center environment
• Seek to create a positive experience for each caller
• Effective listening skills to understand the reason for the call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response
