A company is looking for a Payment Posting Supervisor - REMOTE.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise staff and monitor productivity and accuracy, providing ongoing feedback and trainingCompile and produce reports for management, incorporating data into performance reviews and bonus calculationsResolve payment variances and personnel issues, acting as a liaison with management and other departmentsRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationMinimum of a high school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business or health-related field preferredAt least 2 years of experience in an anesthesia or clinical pain setting, with related experience consideredThree to five years of prior supervisory experience in medical billing and collections preferredStrong analytical skills and knowledge of patient accounting systemsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
