Job Summary :

The Personal Injury Attorney will manage all aspects of personal injury cases, from intake to settlement or trial. This includes client communication, investigation, negotiation, litigation, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities :

• Active license to practice law in Florida

Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and falls, and other negligence-based claims.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

5 years of personal injury law experience, representing plaintiffs or defendants.

Demonstrated experience handling all phases of personal injury litigation.

Strong understanding of Florida personal injury law and procedure.
