Shift : Monday Friday 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $75 / hr on W2 or $80 / hr on 1099

Job Description :

Providence St. Jude Medical Center is seeking an experienced SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) to provide highquality care for both pediatric and adult patients. The ideal candidate must have experience treating a wide range of diagnoses including autism articulation disorders cerebrovascular accidents (CVA) Parkinsons disease cancer and aphasia.

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate diagnose and treat speech language cognitivecommunication and swallowing disorders in pediatric and adult patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Work with interdisciplinary teams including physicians therapists and nurses to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and progress expectations
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in EPIC electronic medical records system
• Provide services in a teaching hospital environment collaborating with medical residents and students when applicable
